A Cat Named Sprite

Digging through old photos I came across this gem. Little Sprite waking up from a nap, yawning and stretching. It looks like she's angry though. It was just pure luck that the shot turned out like it did. I took it with my old 35 mm SLR Nikon. That's before digital became widely available. Back in 1996. (Boy I feel old)
Sprite was adopted from the Humane Society as a 6 month old kitten. Funny she never grew much bigger, and she had the cutest, tiniest little meow!
I ended up having her only for a few months before it was necessary to find her a new home. (I had to move away to Arizona for a job). Luckily, a friend and co-worker wanted her and brought her to live with her other cat, Tiger, on a large estate. Sprite did very well there, but I was informed that she did pass away not too long ago.
