I planted some Morning Glory seeds in a pot at the base of a spindly Umbrella Tree that we inherited from Richard's parents' house, and now they're blooming! I thought they were very beautiful.

Outside, the last of my Icelandic Poppies were still in bloom.

And of course some of my lilies have begun.

My entire front garden is overrun with Calendula.
But there are a variety of orange and yellow ones...so they're not monotonous.

Okay...she's not a flower, but when I came back in the house, Shadow was sitting right at the top of the stairs...so I snapped a quick photo of her!

heavenly blue morning glories!...you can get high from the seeds (natural hallucinogenic)
Lovely!
We've become addicted to gardening this year..we spend a lot of time out there..I'll have to send you some pics!
It's so zen-like out there. Time means nothing!
I love having space to garden. In time I'm going to take over the whole lawn space!
Our back yard lawn gets smaller all the time.
